You need to walk on a high place, and than just before you will fall, press F6, than try to walk off the roof and you'll stay that high

lol noob , u can get out every map , allmost everyone , gray hammer full of deathzones , but if u fall under the map at the sewers u can still kill , or u have wallhack/chams to see people and kill them on there feets
