HelpFucking server ban.

So I got banned on a server I like to play on, got another key, changed my name, but got banned cause of a "name file".
I don't wanna lose my gear again, so how do I fix the "name file" problem.
And btw, I can change my IP by shutting down my router for ~30 min right?

It all depends on your router, you could try using a different IP

Never heard of this peculiar problem before. Did you ever fix your other name file problem on the other server? Name file sounds like it could be character name or GUID related so maybe you cannot use the same character because they may have some sort of character blacklist? Try making a new character, I know it may suck using your gear, but unfortunately it may be the only way to fix it.
