Try call your isp and say you think someone keeps booting you and they got your ip off skype.. they will change it for you.

This doesn't work for all routers/modems. Different routers have different configuration pages.

It only works with certain routers.

Tried this. It didn't work but that's fine. I can try other methods.

a better way to change your IP address is to use HotSpot, much easier and convenient.

i think trying proxy would be better, but thanks for the tutorial, it lets me know other option.
