Tutorial on how to get Cyborg and Paladin?

Hey guys, I'd like some help getting Cyborg and Paladin on Operation2/T6M?
If it is possible please tell me how.

Hex edit some stuff or use this.

Still works perfectly fine for me. Either you're using nosteam or steam version or different addresses.

it works but...have you tested numbers like 60 or 70?they aren't working or...it just doesn't show any camo!
like it is 'null'!however that 100 or 101 is working!
i think it would've been better if someone could've find those missing files which i'm guessing they
are paladin or cyborg or other personalization packs camos!and upload them for the others...!

P.S:don't really search for them on google!i searched all websites point to point and none of'em had "Download Link"!
if you guys found a friend that has bought the personalization packs...ask him...
