It auto saves so just exit you're game
You just have to run as administator and it should save it and not auto-delete them.
It only auto deletes them if you downloaded/play on the shitty pirated copy

Actually, even the pirated copy saves... I pirated then bought the game, and I was even able to transfer my world saves. Just follow IRenegade's advice!
