can't join servers, when i join most of them i get this.. posted picture

I could be mistaken, but I believe that's when the server side anti-hack catches you..

I dont mean to hassle you, but you never answered my skype message. Do i re-install both OA and Arma 2?

You can try to put your scripts in to your missions folder. That could bypass there antihack..
