I can't say for certain as it's server specific, you COULD get banned per server, but globally, no.
Unless you bypass anything you shouldn't.
Or if Garry didn't change that, as always, cheat at your own risk.

Fucking love how falco isn't detectable even through it's been public for so long..... But i bet Garry isn't banning it because falco is the only one working on the one most popular game mode in garrysmod
