Yeah this one can have no defense since it is terrrible quality (literally low resolution) and it looks like you just replaced the entire .dtx with a picture of stripes

There's no need to say that when that's all he's doing; he's not giving advice or anything. Honestly, you can't expect everyone to release mods. People will voice their opinions.
