Problem with +Reputation

Well i found out that when people give me +Reputation it doesnt add to my account. Why doesnt it??

It's as he said above, if you go to your settings page:
Settings (Link)

Scroll all the way down, and all the "bars" that are gray means you didn't gain any due to the one who gave you rep has too little.
Green ones means you got rep

No it didn't.

But atleast now you know how it works

They must have 50 reputation for to +rep to other people right?

Something like that lol i think it is related to post count.
