A simple tool using Eclipse's buggy plugin "WindowBuilder", this auto generates most of the files you need and posts links to the official download sites of the items you need such as the most current bukkit or vanilla server jar, or the links to the plugins in each pack you choosed. This is only a alpha state release so it lacks a few features but if I can I'll continue working on it.
Confused on what a button does? Hover over it for a second or two and a tooltip should appear.
