Calling Nexon help

I want to unban my account, but when i call nexon(213-858-5930 ) 3 options are listed
0 - leave message
1 - talk to supervisor
2 - in game related

i talked to a supervisor but she said to log a ticket, which ive already done but nexon as they are, leaves an auto response

so i pressed number 2, but when i call for in game related, it always say 'this service is currently unavailable at this time' i called at 10am pst, 3pm pst for the past few days and always got the same response

so how do i get my account unbanned?

there is a phnoe number u can call to get unbaned?

If you got banned for hacking, you wolnt be unbanned, if its for glitching, you have a 1% chance of unban, but they will reset your rank.

Anything else you have no chance.

like he said just make a new acc and than u'll be 1 of the nubs with kdr of 5.12
