The price seems cheap and kind of fooled me too and led me into the BELIEF I was going to get scammed but it wasnt the truth. He was friendly and sent me links on where to download his other deals - Minecraft and War Z. I also screenshotted our conversation below. I bought a War Z and a BF3 account.

The BF3 account only allows install in Russian but a quick fix can be found here: How to change Battlefield 3 Language from Russian
