Becouse the amout of people playing APB is low, And it is hard to code a fully working multihack with aimbot, wallhack, esp, etc... Many keep their hack private or wants money for it, Like AJ
Another reason is because there was a patch recently... in my opinion the game isnt that bad but try learn different coding languages make a hack for a game and when it gets an update try and change your hack code to work with an updated version of a game... so just wait and MAYBE SOMEONE might release a working hack for the current version
Unpopular game, too hard to make a hack, no one willing to code for such a game. Could be any reason.
Anyways, you're going to have to wait for a new release.
