Spawning in-game as an admin?

Is there a mod or plugin I need to be able to spawn items ingame as an admin?

Yeah its called hacks. Google them.

There isn't anything that will prevent you from getting global banned good sir

Even if I'm an admin I still get banned by my own server?

Unless you have BE disabled then yes.

I was just actually leaving. If it's a private hive then you may be able to edit the configs to allow you to hack without being banned. To be honest, @Confin3d knows a lot more about editing those files than I do so he may be able to help you out a bit more.

If you have a private hive you can whitelist yourself from getting banned on battleye but I'm not entirely sure how to do so on current versions of the game. If you google "Darky Arma 2 server hack" you should find what I am talking about and you can go from there but like I said not sure if it works on current versions.

You can't spawn in items while the game is running, but with the admin tools you can spawn in items on server reset.

If you have access to the server files you can do what ever you want, reading the comments you said its you're server?
Well I'm not going to get into to many details you'll have to learn that for yourself.
But I'll tell you what I use which should help you achieve what you want. First off I use DayZ Control Center and Navicat.
You can search Youtube for guides on how to use them and Google for the Downloads.

Couple expamples.

With Navicat you can spawn your character where ever you want on the map and give what ever loot you desire.
(When editing with Navicat don't be logged into the server, log off - edit "inv" log back on).

With Dayz CC you can see where all players and Vehicles are at all times
