Daydreaming

Hey, guess what? Another thread about dreaming. This time it's about daydreaming.

At work I have an amazing view from the sixth floor. I usually daydream about being able to fly out from the window, or to just jump out.
And die.

I never fucking daydream. How do you people do it or do you define daydreams in a different way from me?

Focus on something(s) enough until you unconsciously lose some acknowledgement of your senses and have a much better perspective of your thought therefor 'day dreaming'.

Everyone's done it at some point in there life most likely.

Ok that is what i basically thought daydreaming was. I can't do it however much i try

I've never "tried" it, it just happens. I ponder a lot and I often just go from pondering to daydreaming without noticing. Makes me pretty absent-minded.
