Need a VPN (proxy)

Sorry for making another thread but I searched google and couldn't anything useful...
So do you happen to know any proxy that works properly and ins't as well-known for example as Hotspot shield and most important of all doesn't slow down the internet speed.

i made an ebook on mpgh for it xD Seems quite a lot of people use kepard.

I had used it before the eBook, I still have the eBook in a folder with about 30 eBooks.
