This mouse...

So this threads off from the other topic I made about this mouse. I found out more about this and apparently if you buy this mouse you get a free cd copy of the Ultra Core 3 upgrade unless the seller takes it out. Ultra core 3 upgrade allows you to have no recoil and no spread completely undetected. I think you can somehow get it for free but I don't know as it updates often. The "hack" works for any fps literally.

Can you get banned if you use that mouse?

Some games don't allow the reduced recoil software. Crossfire for example.

The recoil on those games aren't even that huge, why would you need this?
unless you're a 12y old which only flames on a game because you can't shoot anyone.

I didn't know that I would get it but I did, I wouldn't use it on battlefield because its just less fun. Soldier front 2, combat arms, crossfire I would use it on because idgaf.

Its not the mouse (mostly) the mouse only reduces a little, the software goes full on. I think you could be banned if someone records you or maybe this software is illegal. I have no idea.
