Paying for help with PayPal.

So recently I've been trying to Donate to MPGH, and it won't let me. It keeps saying something like "We can't send the payment right now, we're sorry."

So then I tried buying ZP on z8games for cross fire, That didn't work either, said "please go back to the merchant.. blahblah"

My paypal ISNT limited, and I have the sufficient amount of funds on it.

It isn't verified, and doesnt have a card nor a bank attached..

Archangel told me its because the account is a US account and I'm in a different country..

I tried using a VPN, that also didnt work. I just made a new account for the country I'm in, and had a friend lend me $20. I tried doing these things again, but with the same result.

If anyone can fucking help me, will get $20 from me. fucks sakes.
