I am making Crossfire hack video and i need help...

Please help me.I have hypercam and cam studio and that is bad...I need better program for recording video.And when record video i have Movie maker and that is too bad.Please can you give me program for that too.Give links for downlaod please...

How to use fraps to record fps game?I dont know how to start recording i know download it.And Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 is too good tnx p1mp!

f9 lol u can change it if u want...its in ur hotkeys.
