It's here, BOTS FOR CALL OF DUTY 4!! If your wondering what i mean by bots, they're computer characters, basically offline computer players. These bots are especially fun for hacking, and not getting kicked by punkbuster! Here are instructions; make sure you follow them carefully. If it becomes big enough of a problem, i will post an outside download link if waiting of approval of the attachment takes too long.
Notes: *These bots are for MULTIPLAYER ONLY. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH ANY EXTERNAL MODS (Modern Paintball, Zombie Mod, etc.)
*Bots are tested and working with version 1.7 of the game; PLEASE DO NOT REPORT ANY PROBLEMS YOU GET WITH EARLIER VERSIONS!
*Having a large ammount of bots in your match will result in ALOT of lag. It is recommended that you do not have more than 18 bots in your match.
*Bots are waypointed (they work) with all maps and game modes.
HOW TO INSTALL/USE: 1. Once you have downloaded the .zip file, extract it to the desktop temporarily.
2. Now that you have it extracted, you should have a folder called PeZBOT on your desktop.
3. Right Click on the folder, and click "Copy" or "Cut".
4. Navigate to this directory: C:Local Disk\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
5. In there should be another folder called "Mods", if there isn't one - create one.
6. Open the "Mods" folder, then Right Click, and "Paste" the PeZBOT folder we copied earlier from the dekstop.
7. Open Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer
8. When at the main menu, click Mods, and select PeZBOT from the list.
9. Start a new game.
10. When in game, to add the bots all you need to do is open up the console with the ~ key, and type /svr_pezbots # (replace # with the amount of bots you wish to have)
