Mobile Network Not Available! Help for $10 Paypal`

Hi guys i got a Samsung galaxy S4.

It brings up the sim says its Optus, But however it has an X on the signal bar and when ever i try calling it says "Mobile Network Not Available" i done some research and tried another sim card and ppl having same problems? Who ever fixes it gets $10 paypal.

Go in the settings to Network and Mobile Networks (Set options for Roaming, Networks, APN's) and make sure Packagedata is activated.
Also check the available network operators (last menu point).

@Elusional- do a quick Network Reset. Press and hold Power button for 2-3 seconds. Select Airplane Mode. Wait for 1 minute. Press and hold Power button again. Select Turn off Airplane Mode. See if your phone will have Mobile Network.

If that does not work, on your phone, go to Settings->Wireless & Network/More->Mobile Network. Go to Network Operators. Select your mobile provider on the list or select Choose Automatically option. See if your phone will have network connection.

If still not working, remove battery and SIM card out for 10 minutes. Put them back and turn on your phone. See if your phone will have network connection.

had the same problem with my Note II.
What i did was take out SIM.
On phone
Airplane Mode
Off Phone.
and put in Sim.
On phone
Off Airplane Mode
