Help with PC build?

So Imma sell my PC (MAYBE) for around $1000-$1200

Would be kewl if someone made a list from this website (best for me since it's in aus)

I just want some ideas, I'll most likely change a few things but yaaa

Would prefer it to be a rendering computer build but be able to run good games too

What do you think? I have a 120gb SSD I will be putting in it too
I think it would look good arctic style too

8-Core Processor capable of running an extremely high amount of threads, great for rendering/encoding.
2x Great Video Card more than capable of running all the latest games at 1080p on max settings.
Reliable 1TB HDD to hold all of your files.
Fantastic AM3+ motherboard with more than enough connections for all your components, and a lot of room for future upgrades.
8GB of good quality 1600 MHz RAM from Corsair, great for multitasking.
An OK quality Wireless adapter sufficient for most modern internet.
Gold-Rated Semi-Modular 750W PSU with enough power for all of your needs, and great cable-management.
Great case with great airflow and an aggressive design.

Took me about a half an hour to put this all together, just for you.

Fuck yeah! This looks good! All I will do is change case and swap the wireless adapter for a optical drive
