Cheap shit, but it's reliable and hasn't failed me yet.

I was going to buy that but dave said it sucks.

Dave says:

those pull up bars are terrible
they ruin your door frames and the walls around em

they're good if you have a strong door frame. There's even newer style ones that are designed to take less pressure off the frame and distribute it better. but yeah I like those door frame ones, that's what I have

The 2 lower bars spread the weight across both sides of the vertical frame, and the top bar distribute it out across the horizontal cross beam.
A 200 lb man would only put about 50 lbs of stress on each point, which is even less than if he was just leaning on it.

They are good, I have a similar one, all I did was just reinforce my door frame.

i have one of those. i dont see how it would break anything, unless your door is a cheap pos
yea just go to the park for pull ups
what you should do is buy heavy dumbbells ones you can barely lift because you don't want to buy another set later when they start feeling light.
with dumbbells you can workout chest, biceps, triceps, braxs shoulders etc
yeah here is how:

go out into the park
find a decent treebranch

$$$

profit
I just bolted an iron bar into my basement ceiling.
