VMWARE mach setup

Hey all
My computer specs

Ram: 4gb
Vga: GTS 450 cyclone 1gb ddr5

I need to setup one workstation

i Tried 2gb for the workstation but it still lags and lags the host too
fps :6-10
while i get 200 on the host

can anyone tell me to choose the options

Specs are bad, your ram is too low.

I'm confused, are you Chinese or are you Egyptian?

OT: A complete spec would be nice, like your GPU. And like the others previously stated, more RAM = less lag. Personally, I would reserve 4 GB of RAM for the main PC and at least 2 GB of RAM for the VM.

4Gb should run only one cow with LAG. I had a GTX 460 and they do really bad when under VMware load. I recommend looking at a HD 5670 or better. Nice and cheap with good performance in VMware applications. More RAM, Better graphics card. What CPU are you running?
