CrossFire SEA (South East Asia) will be released at 3pm GMT +8 today (28th August).
This will be a Closed beta week, and as far as i know will only last a week.
"We will be launching CROSSFIRE CBT on the 28th August 2013 (3:00pm GMT+8) till 9th September 2013 (12:00am GMT+8)"

(I asked my friend and he said) The servers are hosted in Thailand and in Indonesia (60-70 ping for aussies from QLD) and as far as i know there isn't any IP Restrictions or location restrictions regarding the servers.
