A quick question ^^
Hello ,

I just need to know a small thing , can someone attach a key-logger or a virus or a normal .exe file in a picture file like png or jpg ??

Also if it's possible is it hard for antiviruses to detect it " like avast and norton 360 " ??

Thanks in advance and please need serious replies not jokes and hates

^_^
Yeah, I think it is possible, but rather difficult.
I believe they can also do it with your flash player?

Norton is shit. Resource whore and its not even that great. Only plus is that it has active firewalls
Use MalwareBytes anti-malware, it is usually the quickest updated

Yes, people can and will keylog you by trying to send keyloggers via images over skype. I've had multiple kids try and do that, don't accept anything over skype lol. And as for a good detection tool I've always liked Malwarebytes
Its possible, but its high level stuff.

You can also put like a .rar inside of a JPG, and all you have to do is change it from .JPG to .rar to open it
^ Thanks guys

So best thing is MalwareBytes anti-malware ??

Also last question xD

Can the key-logger runs automatically if I just downloaded the file or should I open it ? and for .jpg-png if I opened the image then it means I got key-logged O.o or only If I run it as .rar as you mentioned ?

Even if I already got key-logged , best way is antiviruses like MalwareBytes anti-malware as you said ??

Sorry for too much questions but my friend just thought he got key-logged and I'm trying to help him and I'm noob xD
