He hasn't updated this game for a while now, anyone else think it's dying?

Perhaps you've forgotten the game is being developed by only two people, you cant expect it to be as fast as a full team working on it would.

I haven't forgotten that, I'm sure it wouldn't take too long to model a couple of items and add them into the game.
Or perhaps, fix some bugs?

They are probably just running into the problems and all the stress from the ddos's and stuff
