Anticheat

I'm trying to do some crap.

Need to hook cheat engine in a server I'm not hosting so I can find addresses.

Garry's anticheat will flip out and most likely ban me, I fear even when LAN because there's pratically no info on it besides "u git banned for using these (stupidly lists things not to use)!".

Will his global ban anti cheat be deactivated in sv_Lan 1 as in all valve games with vac?

also im not using Tsearch

EDIT:: question is, does LAN kick you if you are already banned, if so I can easily hop on my brother's account. if not is the protection even enabled on LAN

LAN will kick you if you're banned, but there is a modified server.dll that allows banned players to join

In general we only bash autistic questions;post count doesn't necessarily mean anything.

It will still ban you if you have the dll. It just stops you from getting kicked if you are banned.

I am 99% sure the server.dll doesn't even work, that's why. Go on google and search this: "gmsv_gban_win32.dll site:facepunch.com"

It worked when it came out, then it stopped working after a force update of garrys mod (older versions clients can't play on newer version servers, newer version clients can't play on older version servers), therefore you should use gbans.

So if there's no way to get cheat engine hooked to garry's mod in a LAN server hosted on a different server, even hosted by another banned person(hamachi)?

Or is OllyDbg not detectable?
kind of stupid you can get banned for cheating in a LAN server and kicked from it

i posted how to do it before on a different account search for it
or just dont use offsets because there's really no reason to
interfaces are a much better way to do almost everything in source engine, for the shit that you can't do with interfaces you can do with sig scanning.

if you are just trying to make a lua bypass use blue kirby's thread on loading lua files and calling runstring
this is a billion times better than any other way of running lua atm, way less detectable, no need for sv_allowcslua, files run through this cant be stolen, etc

Also thanks; I just do external hacks, I never focused on injections and bypassing
