So I recently won a giveaway from @`Monsters Inc., I won payday 2.
After less then 24 hours of the gift sitting in my inventory as I didn't think it was a good to to get it yet it disappeared.
He revoked the gift.

He was most likely using someone else's money and they found out, or he filed a dispute.
