so guys paypal discovered that I'm not 18+ , and they halted my account so I decided to make a new one ... my only target is to donate for mpgh after I do that I won't even bother opening paypal but let's get straight , is there any other way so I cannot get caught ? I won't verify it since I don't have any credit card.

My gmail's information was 15 years which maybe they checked it if they have access ? also they want some information like screen shot your street you live in and screen shot your personal information and everything ... why the fuck they want it , I can't do that because I don't have <->

Exactly , I used some dumb information like I'm living in the U.S which made them tell me screen shot your screen also I made a bunch of shits in the account !
