Phoenix Private Server Project
With The death of the MKE project, a new server is born from it's ashes, this mystical server is known as Phoenix

The Phoenix Project is a private server that aims to be the greatest private server out there. With a dedicated team of developers, spriters and more. We'll also have a ton of content that you won't find on any other private server, there is no estimated time until release, but I hope to have it up somewhere in the next two weeks.

The project will be running on the leaked MMOE source, meaning no invisibullets, and other great stuff. Including events like the rock dragon and the hermit. We're also focusing on lower level dungeons and other features, like O1.

Also, we're still looking for any developers who would be willing to join our team. If you want to join, add me on my skype @thetinygamer
If you want to join, just remember you will get interviewed by @Lunati .
This is the next big thing!
Even though i im not in the team anymore i might try and join back. i miss coding and i miss Lunar :c
Did you know
you'll fail as well?

Being serious for a moment, why exactly do you think this is gonna be better than others? Why shouldn't this fail like the others did?
Please don't get this wrong, these are just some questions that as a curious human I'd like to know about.
@Trapped Because we are the MPGH coders. We are persistent. We don't give up.

Yes, MPGH coders using MMOE code. How hilarious :P
Anyways, that's not a real answer. I clearly wanted to know what exactly makes you better than others - better than MKE for example (excluding that douchebag, joshy, but that's not the point).
Anyways, good luck, even though you're probably not gonna get far away from where you are now (that's just an objective view).

I understand this doubt. In all honesty things like Hermit, O1, and Rock Dragon are hard to emulate. Often, from my point of view, most private server projects fail near the very start, or they go pretty far. Sure, sometimes we may have points where we might not know what to do, but from how I see it, Lunati is an awesome project lead and

(I'm not angry or anything, if it sounded like that.)

I can see where your coming from, there's a reason MKE died, and that's because the only person that put any work into it was me, not joshy, as soon as I joined that project I was leading the parade, but I didn't actually have the chance to lead, because I was still working under joshy.

With this server, I have full control over what happens, I make sure everyone does their work, and in the meanwhile, I work on the server myself.

MMOE failed, mostly because your boss had the tendency to piss people off, which is not the best trait in a community filled with hackers. I treat all my devs with respect, and help them out where they need it.

The difference is that I actually put some serious work into this. I assign jobs to people, so everything goes efficiently, while in the mean time I'm raising the bar a little higher for each of the coders, and slowly letting them get better at it. I've gotten some of the most well known coders on MPGH in one team, and they're all doing their very best to make everything perfect. In only the last few days, my team has produced the spider den, the forbidden jungle, the hermit and more.

Honestly the only thing that I think would hold Phoenix back in any way, is hosting, but hopefully, we can get that sorted out. I put all my spare time into this server, and I sure as hell love doing it.

I don't really see where MMOE did fail. In the end, everyone knows that it was an experiment - emulating the RotMG server. In that, it did succeed. I'm not saying everything works in the same way as prod, since otherwise it wouldn't be called emulation.
MMOE itself is meant to be a community, which it actually is. I myself made some really good friends there.
Regarding @shadomir , well, you know, often people has to behave differently than they are. Even the best "boss" or "manager" or whatever, no matter how kind he/she is, has to treat bad customers in the right way.
If you're referring to what happened to joshy, then you still haven't got his reasons - and I won't go further, since I'm not the one who should be talking about this.

But still, take care. You will never, never be able to always have control over everything and everyone. That wouldn't be human. The truth is that you can't just trust someone for his success or "skill". As I said before, often people behave differently than they are.

I would really want to keep writing stuff'n'shit, I love writing, but it's 5 AM here, and I want to finish watching that new anime before going to bed. :3
Just trapped... you just forgot one thing ... from where you actually started this project is on for more than 1 month from now that's an record for MPGH (needs proof) And if there wasn't MPGH you would never work for MMOE nor make a private server... Think logic ! (expects a long over 200chars text on a contradiction and lots of smart insults )

Your expectations are probably right (not gonna check number of chars).
I didn't join MMOE because of MPGH - they didn't propose me to join. At the time, I managed to breach their database and make myself an account ingame, write some stuff on the admin guild's board and then tell them. After this, they asked me if I wanted to join.
