Overpowered Heroes

So recently I have been playing Dota 2 again in my spare time. I have been running into some really pathetically overpowered heroes such as:
Slark
Drow ranger

There might be more but I can't put my figer on any others. So what do you guys think? Slark really gets on my nerves.

Drow ranger is easy to kill if you gank him, and to kill slark just stun/disable him and gank.

There are no overpowerred heroes. Drow Ranger is probably the worst hero in Dota 2. But if you and your team are good you can take on anything. Slark can be a threat if you feed him. Currently there aren't any overpowerred heroes, maybe Natures Prophet because of his crazy pushing potential but that might be it.

Okay I will keep this in mind. I don't like slark but I have noticed if you target him early in the game he isn't as threatening later in the game.

Oh yeah forgot about him, he can be overpowered especially with his various stun attacks.

Night stalker? Only played with him once he was okay got me killed a few times he can be troublesome but not overpowered you just have to target him once in a while to keep him away from you.

Phantom Assassin, his Q range is retardedly huge, if a enemy hero is low health, he just W's and wins... although his ult is pretty dumb, that %250 chance to crit (At Level 1) is more like 5%.

Phantom assassin would be balanced out with his other abilities even if one is overpowered the rest of his abilities are balanced.
