FPS games

Are there any first person shooter games which are,

Competive/ With leveling,
Almost no hackers
Well known?
And oh yeah, the graphics must be atleast somewhere decent.

I have tried,

Blacklight retrebution
Planetside 2
CS Source
Gary's mod
Team fortress 2
BF3
BO2

I'd say css because there's hardly any hackers but there's no levelling so idk

playing CSGO at the moment. pretty nice game

CS:GO has ranked play
Insurgency is going to have ranked play, or so i have been told
Crysis 2
Thats like all i got off the top of my head

I used to play CF, the graphics are like if from 2002, and its overloaded with ignorant 12y old egyptian hackers.

If you're from Europe, you should try the brand new European SF2.
decent graphics, nice gameplay, competetive scenes which might include world nationals, and almost no hackers a all

ghost recon online is first and 3rd person and cod4, bf3, bfbc2, bfp4f

Arma, And CS:GO

Arctic Combat is pretty descent.
