1. You don't tell others what to do.
2. Keys are sold for 100 fame or 60 gold; people who don't have enough fame and/or gold can choose to buy from people who are able to purchase the keys.
3. Selling the aforementioned keys for other items is NOT a scam, unless the seller doesn't open the dungeon.
4. Your logic is flawed at every inch.
5. Request for close, save yourself.
