The Virus Scan rule
Why exactly is this a rule? Can't a person scan a clean client with the same name as the one with malware then submit the clean scan?

Online Antiviruses display them, and there are little programs to compute MD5 , SHA and others

Doesn't it make more sense for a minion to scan the file themselves then? Less work it seems...
Why would you even question the rule to begin with? It takes 30 seconds to go the website and upload it to run it through virus scan ..... not a life changing moment there.
I hope no one is questioning our minion vigilance in protecting the community

I'm guessing what you are trying to say is, "If minions check the files, they would of found the muledump password."? If not people clarify your response.

Anyways, I'm not sure what the problem here is. The files are scanned. Checksums are verified to ensure that said scans are valid. I have my own virus scan that I use. Other checks are made on the file to spot any alarms. The file is approved if everything appears to be legit. You guys got to be mindful though, even though something on this site is approved it doesn't automatically make it safe. It only means that we didn't find anything wrong with the file.
