Cheat Engine if I'm right always change "virtual"! Also favors,and gems are server sided if I'm right, so they aren't hackable... ;/
I've got the addresses i need for ESP/see wards/see loki/lasthit indicator on minions but I can't get a DLL to inject into smite, the game always crashes...

Far as i know, when using CE we need to scan memory based on actions that we manage in game to discover patterns, so here's an idea of hack:
Create a fake account, then apply for any of the free skins that's showed on game main menu. With redeem code in hands, scan with CE the right moment of Autentication of that code on ur account. . . With the scan of the liberation signal, try this "reddit.com/r/Smite/comments/1f8eq8/giving_artemis_pax_convention_2012_skin_code/" and inject the same liberation signal to ur client.
No idea of how do that, consider all my thoughts about Cube World CE way of hack.
