Even if his history didn't matter he'd still be hated. He did a LOT of shit in the past.
He constantly insults upper staff. (Just 2 weeks ago he was flaming all over Tom and Lance.)
He constantly begs for positions.
He randomly attacks people for no reason.
He has absolutely no respect for authority.

I personally don't have much of a problem with him, but he can be a cocky, annoying, little shit.
