First time building a PC. HALP
Budget: 400$ - 500$.

What am I already up with:
h t t p : / / p c p a r t p i c k e r . c o m / p / 1 Q 3 h 9
Thanks to @The amazing for the list.
The only thing I'm worried about is the shipping cost...
I'm doing this for the first time, would appreciate any advice.

Thanks in advance.

@Doc @Aborted.
For your budget, I'd highly recommend going with AMD on both your Processor and Graphics card.
CPU: x4 750K
GPU: Radeon 7770
Will it give me 100+ FPS ?

Highly depends on what game, what settings, and what resolution.
Lets say CF on mid settings, in a full room..

Oh most likely.
So, do you know where can I order the parts?

Amazon usually has some of the best prices, and ships internationally.
What about Motherboards?

Amazon has it all.
Just find any mobo with the right socket type for your processor, and at least 1 PCIe x16 port for your graphics card.
The CPU I recommended has an FM2 socket.
In fact, you could probably get 200+ FPS on CF maxed out.
I personally suggest saving enough money for a 990FX motherboard and the AMD FX-8350. It's worth the investment.
Thanks for advice.
