whats the difference between instat respawn and unlimted respawn ive seen a person have both in there menu anything diffrent

Unlimited do the same but you need to activate it manually using an hotkey when you want respawn.

instant is that u need to press a key to respawn

None. Both have the same ID. You send the ID to the server which indicates a respawn for your character. It can be sent as many times as possible, but only when dead.
Unlimited & Instant, both are in one. Controlled by the same ID.
