I'm not that kind of fit but Im not too fatty also . I am a littile but skinny. I keep sitting on the computer day and night. Its been like 7 months straight I didn't go outside. But I think I'm gonna start working out from next year .

I've been jogging out in the woods lately. Cool air is nice opposed to sweating my balls off on a treadmill.
Though when the weather is bad, yah treadmill. Muscle work outs are on a pretty strict weekly schedule.
Been on the Spartan diet for about 3 months.
Progressive Overload;
Day 1) Go for a 10 minute jog
Day 2) Go for a 15 minute jog
Day 3) Got for a 20 minute jog
Day 4) Got for 25 minute jog
Day 5) Got for a 30 minute jog
Then
Day 6) Go for a 40 minute jog
Day 7) Got for a 50 minute jog
Basically every day jog faster then your previous jog, choose how much time you add weather you choose to add 5 or 2 and after a week add double to what you would add. E.g On week one you would add 2 extra minutes everyday, week 2 add 4 extra minutes everyday
I'm underweight, the only exercise I do is in the school gym, hunting down in New Bedford, and playing paintball sporadically.
