I'm looking for someone who is a plugins expert and can setup plugins for me through teamviewer. I'm willing to pay real well.

Setting up plugins are really easy. Do you mean adding plugins to the server or configuring the plugins to your need.
To install a plugin download your plugin it should give you a .jar (or a .zip) Drag the .jar into your plugins folder and you are done.

So a kid messaged me on skype and said he wanted to take the job. I let him on teamviewer to help me configure my plugins. He told me to delete mine and get only the ones he lists and he'll help me configure them. So i did. than what he does is go into my server settings changes a few stuff and than runs the bukkit.yml file and fucks up my server. What he should've done was run it through the run.bat file. I had my server all set up for portforwarding that took hours to do. Than after he fucks it up he says use hamachi and I tell him no, I want to use portforwarding and that he should fix it. Well obviously he couldn't and I realized this kid was a joke. His skype name is Steve. So if you ever come across him, DON'T trust him. The funny thing is at the end, he has some nerve of saying, "I see bad reputation comming for u". So I just told him to fuck off. I'M NOT LOOKING FOR SILLY LITTLE KIDS THAT THINK THEY'RE PLUGIN EXPERTS JUST BY PUTTING IN A FEW PLUGINS. I need a REAL expert. So my request for a plugin expert still stands. (:

Btw you should be careful with the plugins they download. They might install some malicious plugins like this one: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/552-minecr...nload-exe.html and then they might fuck up your PC

I had to get a hold of my network provider again and pay a third party company to reconfigure my router settings again and provide me with support. The default router ip was blocking my internet ip and they had to do some stupid shit to fix everything back to the way I had it before. I had to get the port open again or else no one could go on it. Btw... I'm still looking for a plugins configurationist expert.

Setting permissions and groups are quite easy. Are you using PEX for your permissions plugin? If not, I highly recommend it.

I am a pro at plugins. I own my own servers. (12K+ users for 1 server) (8K+ users with the other one)

I do have 12k users but not 12k users online or active of course. =.=
This does mean that I had the skill to set up a server and maintain it (for over 11 months) to make sure over 12K unique users joined.
