smurf lvling

First if this is not in the correct section please move it.
Then i was reading the post "Very fast farming IP/XP Method. " -> http://www.mpgh.net/forum/258-league...xp-method.html
and i though ok u cant get the 45 exp in 5 minuts but u can get 10 ip and 250 plus xp.
This metoth im going to talk about is known so im not going to tell you guys any breaking news, and this is how i lvl my smurfs to.
1. First u have to buy the 2 exp boosts one from wining matches xp boost and another from the daily xp boosts since they both stack.
2. then you create a custom game in twisted treeline.
3. has oponent pick up sona since she is very week.
4. pick has your character master yi and go has ad
5. when the game starts buy ichor of rage nad potions of healing and mana
6. the strategy, the sona bot will go top lane and so u go bot lane
7. then u go destoy the minions and wait for your second wave of minions and destroy them to after that u can go to the turret and use the ichor of rage and u destroy the turret very fast then u go to the 2nd turret and destroy that to and only when u are destroying the inhibitor then bot sona will teleport back to try to stop you but she is to week so ignore her has mutch has possible.
8. then u play it normaly
Be aware that it take 5 -8 minuts some times more to finish the game this is when u not used to it im doing this for some time now and it takes me normaly 6 minuts more or less.
