TRG 21 Hack?

I saw a bunch of people using TRG's in-game on SA NA. how is this done?

Lol same, I think it was 350ZR doing it. Had weapons and characters that weren't out in NA yet.

they put the weapons.rez of the sea on the na version its easy

Can someone guide me how to do it? Id really appreciate it.

That just fuggs up your game, I tried that and it doesn't patch it but it doesn't let your game start up either.

Dude how do you use all that? I have radical engine but I have no idea how to use it. Could you possibly elaborate?

If someone would make a more advanced tut i'd much appreciate it.
