Paypal help

So.. i forgot my info to my old paypal so i had to make a new one, i added my credit card and all that shit.. but now i can't add funds from my credit card to my paypal...

Is there a site online that i can use to make like a bank account and add my card onto it then i can transfer money from my card from that bank account to paypal?

well im trying to buy this whole thing + VIP for this forum just for $60 and i have around $283 on my credit card

I have 300 dollars and they still say i dont have funds.

You don't really need to add funds. Once you link it, it will automatically transfer for you, like a bank instatransfer.
