UCE pains

I'm using this Tutorial:

To make a UCE, I got to step 3 successfully. But, when I go to open dbk32.dpr in Delphi, I get this error:
"Cannot find resource file: C:\.....\Cheat Engine\dbk32\dbk32.res. Recreated.

And I can't find the strings I'm supposed to find. Any help?

Is dbk32.res significant?

Well, sorry.

i havent try to create a uce but i have used delphi alot before.
delphi will create a new res file for you.

and about the strings i dont know because i dont use cheat engine.
