which country you recommend for making an new paypal account so they don't ask me for street picture . (All the information I put is correct but they ask me for location picture when making account in U.S)

WOW. Are you first time using Paypal? Even if you choose Canada, you need to insert it...

I'm using my Debit Card to use Paypal, to get Debit Card, you need to contact with your bank

I did choose Canada and It doesn't need it.
