They shut it down because of the recruit hack, they are patching up the adresses.

They patching cause they been getting severaly reports that high ranks are going in the Recruit Server

this thread has come up too many times. the server goes down sometimes and will be back up soon. Unless there is news I don't know about but they will never put trainees and recruits with the privates.
