Everyone who could use this had the brain the make it themself.
Most design decisions behind it were probably made to fit this "NextTierGaming" (why do people name their communities names that aren't true and undescriptive too?) thing. So although it might be working it probably fits no ones needs expect the ones from NextWhatEver.
Grab a random weapon base and make (probably) like a 30 line script to randomize its values when given to someone.
And if you are trying to sell something at least provide info. "Yeah stole this script from this, selling it now." won't get you anywhere.
Not to add that selling stolen work is probably as low as you can get.
