Steam Pre-Order issue

Pre-Ordered CoD Ghost on steam. The game is released, but when I try to play it, it says it isn't released yet.

Yeh cuz my computer can't handle COD when it can run my BF4 premium on 80 fps on high.

It's just that I heard it had many problems with the game itself, must have read bad reviews. Didn't mean to offend your true love.
