Im confused is this up to date with current build or not? I dont understand "When the game was updated / The current version is V -39 Playlist is 41.etc.. \ Do not use the hack" If that means the newest build Im kinda new to the community.

I didn't play it since last Christmas and I would like to get back to this game now, but I don't think I will continue will my progress. Is the editor working now? Today is 10/11/2013. I would like to unlock all weapons immediately. Please answer, thank you.
